Charles D. "Skip" Davidson opened ArkBest Realty, Inc. for business in 1992. Although he already owned and operated several properties, he decided to create his own Real Estate company. As an Arkansas attorney; he easily directs his team in the right direction in all Real Estate transactions. Mr. Davidson has lectured on Construction Law, Advanced Construction Law, The Fundamentals of Construction Contracts in Arkansas and several other Real Estate speaking engagements. Carrie Holyfield had the fortune to begin and develop ArkBest Realty, Inc. with the owner, Charles D. Davidson. Mr. Davidson created ArkBest Realty, Inc. in 1992 and Carrie Holyfield became Principal Broker in 1996. However, Carrie has been employed by Mr. Davidson since January of 1985. For several years Carrie’s main focus was property management and leasing of commercial and residential property.

Currently Carrie emphasizes on representing buyers and sellers for development of commercial investments. She plays an active role in the development of property. She is a member of the Arkansas Realtors Association, Little Rock Realtors Association, Hot Springs Realtors Association, Commercial Investments Real Estate Institute, and The National Center for Housing Management. Carrie attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from 1977-1981.

Traci Allen

Traci Allen although employed by Charles Davidson since 1991, did not join ArkBest Realty, Inc. until 1993. She came on board as the Accounting Manager handling all in-house accounting tasks. She received her real estate license in 1995 and her Executive Broker’s license in 2003. In addition to all aspects of the property accounting, Traci also handles the property management and maintenance of all of the properties.

Karen King

Karen King came to join the ArkBest Realty team in October of 2005. Since this time Karen’s focus has been primarily Landlord representation in the leasing of commercial properties. Her experience also extends to tenant representation, residential sales and leasing as well as both commercial and residential property management. Karen has been a licensed real estate agent since August 2, 2004 and a licensed associate broker since March 2008. Karen's memberships include the Arkansas, Little Rock and Hot Springs Realtors Associations.

J. Frazier Rogers holds a BSBA in Accounting and has been a CPA for 41 years. He is a member of the Arkansas Society of CPA's, the Executive Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Little Rock Executives Association.

Frazier obtained his real estate license in 2007 and has been actively engaged in the selling of residential and commercial properties as well as in the development of single family homes in a new subdivision in Little Rock. He is currently a member of the Arkansas, Little Rock and Hot Springs Board of Realtors.

Don Butler graduated from Michigan Tech University in 1982 with a M.S. in Engineering with a major in Resource Management and a minor in Operations Research / Industrial Engineering. Don began his career with ArkBest Realty, Inc. in July of 2002.

Catherine Hobby joined ArkBest Realty, Inc. in December of 2007 and is assistant to both the Principal Broker and the Leasing Agent. Catherine aids in all aspects of development projects, client service, and lease maintenance. In addition, she is responsible for the development of all marketing materials as well as expediting targeted and mass marketing. Catherine holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and has an extensive background in Customer Service.
