Charles D. "Skip" Davidson opened ArkBest Realty, Inc. for business in 1992. Although he already owned and operated several properties, he decided to create his own Real Estate company. As an Arkansas attorney; he easily directs his team in the right direction in all Real Estate transactions. Mr. Davidson has lectured on Construction Law, Advanced Construction Law, The Fundamentals of Construction Contracts in Arkansas and several other Real Estate speaking engagements. Traci Allen although employed by Charles Davidson since 1991, did not join ArkBest Realty, Inc. until 1993. She came on board as the Accounting Manager handling all in-house accounting tasks. She received her real estate license in 1995 and her Executive Broker’s license in 2003 and now serves as Principal Broker for the company. In addition to all aspects of the property accounting, Traci also handles the property management and maintenance.

Karen King joined the ArkBest Realty team in October of 2005. Karen is responsible for the sales and leasing of both commercial and residential property for ArkBest Realty. Other experience includes tenant representation as well as both commercial and residential property management. Karen has been a licensed real estate agent since August 2004 and a licensed broker since March 2008. Karen's memberships include the Arkansas, Little Rock and Hot Springs Realtors Associations.

Catherine Hobby joined ArkBest Realty, Inc. in December of 2007 and is the assistant to the Executive Broker. Catherine aids in all aspects of development projects, property research, client service, and lease maintenance. In addition, she is responsible for the development of all marketing materials and website maintenance. Catherine holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and has an extensive background in Customer Service and has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2009.

J. Frazier Rogers holds a BSBA in Accounting and has been a CPA for 41 years. He is a member of the Arkansas Society of CPA's, the Executive Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Little Rock Executives Association.

Frazier obtained his real estate license in 2007 and has been actively engaged in the selling of residential and commercial properties as well as in the development of single family homes in a new subdivision in Little Rock. He is currently a member of the Arkansas, Little Rock and Hot Springs Board of Realtors.
